A delightful surprise in Alabang

Our room was exceptionally spacious, with a breathtaking view of Laguna de Bay. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, filled with delectable choices.

However, the single shared toilet in the lobby can create quite a wait during busy hours, especially when there's no sign for alternatives nearby.

We had a delightful family stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, even giving us special treats for our two dogs. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our large family. We loved exploring the beautiful surroundings, which made our staycation feel like a real getaway.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities around the hotel.

the bathroom was surprisingly outdated and needs improvement (the shower was a letdown! ). but the breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh options. staff were super attentive, and the pool area was a great spot to relax.

The customer service exceeded my expectations, with staff going out of their way to assist. I received a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, which made my stay more enjoyable. The room's brightness from its large windows created a pleasant atmosphere. I cherished the lake view from my room, which added a serene touch to my mornings.

during my stay, I loved being so close to nearby malls like Commercenter Alabang and Starmall Alabang, both within a short walk of less than 2 kilometers, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The rooftop bar offered stunning views that made evening relaxation a delight. I also found the one-bedroom suite comfortable and spacious, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The spa services were a treat, and the jacuzzi was just what we needed to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the gym felt a bit cramped for the size of the hotel, but it didn't put a damper on our fun! 😊
